1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SoLEAD platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoLEAD provides an AI-powered B2B lead generation platform that helps businesses:

  • Detect buying intent signals from companies
  • Match companies to their products and solutions
  • Identify decision-makers and contacts
  • Generate role-aware outreach messages

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Features and availability may vary by plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to collect or process personal data in violation of privacy laws
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Usage limits (e.g., intent signals processed) are enforced per your plan. Overage may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by SoLEAD and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to use that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any data you process complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoLEAD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

13. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SoLEAD regarding the Service. Any failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoLEAD operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
